Yard waste storm debris collection information

A fast-moving storm on Saturday, July 24, 2010, damaged a number of trees throughout St. Peters. In response, the City of St. Peters’ Solid Waste Department is offering special yard waste storm debris collection.
At no extra charge, residents can schedule collection of large volumes of storm debris by calling 636-970-1456 and selecting option #1.
*Special collection dates will be on Tuesday, July 27; Thursday, July 29; Tuesday, August 3; and Thursday, August 5.
*Appointments will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
*This collection is for large volumes of yard waste storm debris. Small amounts can be set out for normal yard waste collection.
*Residents can choose to self-haul the debris to the Earth Centre location at no charge. Proof of residency is required. To reach Earth Centre, take Mid Rivers Mall Drive north of I-70, turn right on Ecology Drive, follow the road to the end, and then follow the signs.
