A project to resurface Ohmes Road between St. Peters Cottleville Road and Birdie Hills Road will begin on Monday, June 6, 2011, and is expected to last three months. Motorists travelling through this area can expect periodic lane closures and delays during the project. Work will take place on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.

Damaged concrete curb and gutter will be replaced and Ohmes Road will be resurfaced from Birdie Hills Road to Woodlands Sports Park Road. Ohmes Road will be reconstructed from Woodland Sports Park Road to St. Peters-Cottleville Road. In addition to existing sidewalk repair and ADA accessibility improvements, the project will also construct a new sidewalk along the east side of Ohmes Road, from east of Vantage Drive to Woodlands Sports Park Road.
