Mexico Road, just east of the Kimberly Lane intersection, will be shut down on two overnights: Tuesday, Feb. 17, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb 18 as well as Wednesday, Feb. 18, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19. The reason for the shut downs is for utility crews to install a new water line under Mexico Road.

Motorists need to find alternate routes to avoid this section of Mexico Road during these times. Those heading east toward the project will be directed to turn left onto Kimberly.
Those heading west toward the project are encouraged to take Spencer Road south to Willott Road or north to Executive Centre Parkway, since Kimberly will not be accessible from this direction.

There should be no interruptions in St. Peters water service during the installation of the water main.

This installation of a new water line is part of the Grand Teton Drive Extension Project in which Kimberly Road’s intersection with Mexico Road will be realigned, providing a new connection between Mexico Road and Mid Rivers Mall Drive via Grand Teton through the Bellemeade subdivision.
