Local municipalities host foreclosure seminar

Foreclosure options will be discussed on Wednesday, June 23 at St. Peters City Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lindy Tarrant--Counselor, Foreclosure Intervention Services, Beyond Housing and J.D. De Shaies--Sr. Foreclosure Mitigation Counselor, North East Community Action Corporation will be on hand to present information about area resources for those facing foreclosures.
Participants will also be able to learn about short sales: what they are, how they work and if short sales may be an alternative for someone facing foreclosure. Merle Schneider--Residential Specialist, Schneider Real Estate will present this portion.
Coffee and continental breakfast will be served at the seminar.
