Ice show to "Skate Across America"
April 27, 2011
St. Peters, MO
Come along for the ride as local ice skaters “Skate Across America” in the St. Peters Rec-Plex’s 17th annual Spring Ice Show. This year’s event will have shows on Friday, May 13, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, May 14, at 7 p.m; and Sunday, May 15, at 2 p.m.
Come enjoy performances from figure skaters as young as three to the Rec-Plex ice skating school’s most advanced skaters as they “explore” cities, states and landmarks throughout this great nation.
The Spring Ice Show will have several dozen skaters collectively skating to re-create the record-breaking “Traveling through St. Louis” routine performed during the Ice Skating Institute (ISI) World Classic recreational skating competition at the Rec-Plex earlier this year.
Tickets go on sale at the Rec-Plex Front Desk on Monday, May 2, 2011.
Adults cost $7 for Rec-Plex annual pass-holders and $8 for the general public. Tickets for children ages 12 and under as well as seniors 55 and up cost $5 per ticket for Rec-Plex pass-holders and $6 for the general public.
