Swiney is accused of raping his best friend’s 16 year old sister in 2007. The victim told detectives that Swiney was invited over to the residence and while she was changing her clothing in her bedroom, Swiney entered her room without permission and forcibly raped and sodomized her.
The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued warrants for Forcible Rape and Forcible Sodomy, but the St. Peters Police Department has been unable to local Swiney’s whereabouts. At the time of the rape, Swiney was on parole for an unrelated charge. The United States Marshals have been attempting to locate Swiney for his Parole Violation and the felony warrants through St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
