What a gorgeous Saturday for displaying quilt art! Many businesses in downtown St. Charles participated in the Quilts on Main event last Saturday. Quilts draped over railings, around trees and hung from balconies.
Main Street itself was bustling. People were shopping and dining outdoors. Townspeople seemed appreciative of this sunshiny, yet cool day…especially after those days of rain we had last week.
The farmer’s market was going strong in the morning; and many cyclists and walkers were also enjoying the Katy Trail.
Ah, such a delightful day in St. Charles.
