Christmas Traditions  paints St. Charles red (a very Christmas-y red) this holiday season. Don’t miss it!

Mix and mingle with folks such as Father Christmas, Sugar Plum Fairy and Scrooge. For a fun activity, collect character cards from these colorful personalities.

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire…literally. The Chestnut Roaster delights visitors with the scents and warmth of a traditional Christmas. Follow the wafting aroma to the 600 block of South Main Street.

There is ice skating, the Centennial Carriage Company offers rides and the Lewis and Clark Fife and Drum Corp treats revelers with music and march. Kettle corn and hot roasted nuts can be found in the 600 block of South Main—perfect for refueling during a shopping break.

And, of course, the big guy, Santa, looks forward to photos with little ones at 230 South Main.

Christmas Traditions is presented by the South Main Preservation Society with funding from The St. Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau and The Saint Charles Special Business District.
