Lake Saint Louis woman dies after car accident

Early Sunday, at about 2:30 a.m., Julie A. Graves, 36, from Lake Saint Louis, was traveling southbound Interstate 55 on the ramp to northbound Interstate 270 in a Chevrolet Blazer when her vehicle traveled off the left side of the road.
The vehicle struck a guard rail and began spinning counter clockwise. Graves was ejected through the passenger-side window. The vehicle then overturned and came to rest on its side.
Graves was taken to St. Anthony’s Medical Center by Mehlville Ambulance and was pronounced by Dr. Scott Dunn at St. Anthony’s Medical Center at 3:17 a.m.
Graves was not wearing a seat belt.
